Option 1: How to link to a fact sheet that is already on the internet

Go to the Seafood Fact Sheet website and:

  • click on the category, then sub-category that best describes your fact sheet, then
  • click on the "Suggest new link" function at the very bottom of the page, then
  • insert your information in the page that appears (all fields must be completed), then
  • click on the submit button.

Option 2: How to create a fact sheet online (under development)

Go to our Create a fact sheet online page and:

  • insert your information in the relevant fields (all fields must be completed), then
  • select the sub-category that best describes your fact sheet, then
  • click on the submit button.

Option 3: How to submit a link to a fact sheet that is NOT on the internet

Email a minimum image resolution PDF copy of your fact sheet to facts@seafoodservices.com.au. Include:

  • the title of your fact sheet and a brief (max 50 words) description of your fact sheet
  • the fact sheet subcategory that best describes your fact sheet
  • your agreement to pay a once off $30 fee to have your fact sheet uploaded (payment is not required until after your fact sheet is approved)
  • your name and valid email address

When will my fact sheet go online?

Your fact will promptly go online promptly provided:

  • it complies with our Fact Sheet Specifications, and
  • your nominated sub-category is relevant to your fact sheet, and
  • you have included valid information in all required fields
  • you have paid the once off uploading fee (OPTION 3 ONLY).

Helpful tips

  • Assess your fact sheet against our Fact Sheet Specifications before it is submitted.
  • Remember, the link to your fact sheet will be from your selected sub-category page.
  • For option 3, SSA will contact you with payment details after your fact sheet has been approved.
