Where you can use the logo

A scheme license authorises you to use the Logo:

• at the physical business address identified on the license
• on seafood products packaged at the address identified on the license
• on vehicles operated by that business and distributing product exclusively for that business
• on vessels operated by that business and supplying product exclusively to that business
• on promotional material and stationary for that business address.

Licenses - single and multi-premises

You need a separate license for each business, and for each different physical business address at which a business wishes to use the Logo.

For example:

• If more than one business entity has the same business address, each business entity requires a separate license.
• If your business has multiple outlets, then you need a separate license for each physical business address at which you wish to use the logo, or you may be eligible for a multi-premises license.

• A multi-premises license covers business premises that trade under the same business name as the licensee, and are operated and controlled by the licensee (e.g., not a franchise).

License fees

• $300 + GST per year for a single premise
• $250 + GST per year for each additional premise
